Synthwave again, trying for a darker, more oppressive mix this time. Experimented with the "4-track" approach to building the arrangement, gluing bits together with destructive edits as I went. A bit hit-and-miss, as I ended up with some volume imbalances I had to fix in the premaster as if I got the track from someone else 
But I'd like to think I made the best of it.

The "4-track" approach is intriguing―my WB so far have been made with a Polyend or M8 Tracker, and 8 tracks of monophonic synths and oftentimes seems limiting enough! The results speak for themselves, though―this sounds cool af.
