Half-Sapient: Shelter Outskirts

Back to the industrial well as there's still things to improve. I keep mentioning that I mess too much with synth settings over the course of a track and this is another attempt at tempering that, letting a good sound stay good and switching to another set as the arrangement evolves. There's a quite abrupt change to the action part here, I'll have to stew a bit on if I prefer that to my usual automating into the B-section
