washing machine beat (072520_136bpm)

This kinda sucks. I don't check twitter too often, but there was a tweet going around with a person's washing machine sounding like early 2000s Richie Hawtin (here). I thought it might be a simple challenge to add a beat to it, which I ripped, took it into Ableton to clean up just a little, then back to FLStudio for most everything. I just wasn't really feeling it thought. There's a fun lil potential in it, but I just feel like I didn't catch it. Added a weird bass, eventually acid (which I think is a tweaked preset I've used at some other point this year, oop). Whatever.

I'm mostly stressed-the-fuck-out because of work. Praying that by the time this posts, this huge University-wide webinar is going smoothly or wrapped up and was successful. Worked 4hrs yesterday, working at least 6hrs today... guess the 7-day work weeks thru Labor Day are now in effect. Ugh. Is it December yet?

Yes! appliance core. the robots will win/have won

Honestly the groove is great...and the reverb wash adds another clean layer.  Honestly revisit this one in December I'd say as it's super cool!
