I've been following the artist Slighter on Instagram for a coupla years now, but only more recently the past year fully realized his tastes are so much akin to mine. Slighter is Colin C. who has done sound work and remixes for several artists and scoring for tv/movies, even doing work with Loopmasters too. You can find all his works at TheCellStudio.com. Overall a super rad artist.

He just started working on his own sound libraries, which this is my first experiment with the two he has out now. Vortigaunt, Vol 1 is a free sample pack and Voxsphere, which is the latest release, is $15 for some unique vocal-source pad evolutions and atmospheres. I of course took all the video-game impacts/hits from Vortigaunt and then chopped up some Voxsphere pads to make some really fun rythmic grooves. (The only thing not from the original packs are a basskick and break starting at 30sec). A whole lot of fun - looking forward to more of these as they come out!
