transmuter 1 acidtest (092020_107bpm)

One of those weeks this is more of a chore. Decided to use it to focus less on a song, and more on tool-building. While that first acid line is pretty slick, and the second one (poly-rhythmic, nice!) is also alright, I know the drums and the transitions are boring.
Mostly used the acid to create some interesting filter sequence presets within Sugar-Bytes Turnado. The "If you could only have 1 plugin, what would it be?" plugin for me. Incredibly versatile and powerful to transform sounds. Anyway, Made a near preset (8 different effects, even the 'dictator' knob adjustments). One of hopefully several preset banks for live performance/manipulation.
I was also spending a bit of the morning learning more about the Polyverse Manipulator VST. I've had it for a while but really have been listening to how Beardyman uses it. Dug into tutorials and was pretty impressed with the Metaknob/Sequencer stuff... but honestly can't figure out how to 'perform' with it. Despite the "Snap" function to snap to whole numbers, mapping it to a midi controller always has me pushing the pitch at like -0.13 or something instead of 0.00. Blah. Attempted to render an experiment at the end of the project with it... but then it didn't didn't have the effect on and crashed FLStudio? so haha, I probably did something weird. Ah well. I'll let you all know when I figure it out.
Thanks all for the feedback last week! The new LP I'm thinking to release on Fri 10/02. Album artwork done, now if I can wrangle up a music video and/or promo vids to officially announce it this coming Thu/Fri. Whee! :]
