Initially was hoping to write some dark ambient stuff, starting with Sugar-Bytes Obscurium which I got a month ago. After some sifting and tweaks plus delay, it only felt necessary to add some hop to it, courtesy of Maschine. Heard some choirs, but horns that sort of sound like strings fit just as well. Found some vocals but not exactly what I was looking for, dusted off LiveCut to chop the sample further. If I were to build upon it further, I'd probably record the chopped vocals and more intentionally place them throughout. They could probably be turned up/EQ'ed a little bit better too. So it goes though. Pretty happy with it nevertheless.
