migraine central (110722_090bpm)

While I rounded out the past weekend trying to be a bit more healthy, Monday was pretty much eviscerated by a migraine. Left work by noon, and spent the remainder of the day drifting in and out of sleep, frustratingly trying to wait it out and sleep and a handful of remedies. Pretty rough. Toward the end of it, and the end of the night, surfed online and spent some HSA monies for a nice migraine mask that seems to do it all (compression, massage/vibes, even audio?). By 9pm finally felt over it all, even though still a bit washed out. Needed to do something, so here's some ambient music. Next time I get a migraine, we'll see if it helps.
