living upside-down (092322_120bpm)

Had Thu-Fri this week off work, so well rested and somewhat productive. Spent Friday working on WB and after three attempts (the other two more rave focused but went nowhere), this one came out after writing almost everything in Maschine. The less-obvious acid line is my TB-3 which I'm pretty happy with the live scatter beat-repeat toward the end all done in a single take. The vocal sample came in one of those moments stumbling through Twitter to Soundcloud to YouTube type of wormholes. Another pretty successful run through lalal.ai to pull out acapellas. Not perfect, but enough that effects can kinda cover it. Overall the track kinda reminds me of KMFDM, haha, so no complaints.
