I SURVIVED. Just one more social commitment (coworker's wedding) this evening, then I am FREE. Saturday I did nothing related to work. I slept almost all day catching up on the month of lack of sleep. The sty in my eye is going away (arrived a week ago with all the stress, ugh). Also the performance with my friend, suture, was exhilarating last night. Although I battled some line feedback issues, it sorta worked with the context of the piece. And the final part was loud and captivating and I think we blew everyone's minds. So happy to know such a rad artist and vibe so well with audio/visuals. 

I couldn't help but on Saturday I did a fair amount of tidying and organizing things. Prior to traveling to the suburbs for this wedding, it's all laundry for me. So of course with the heavy beats I had to add absurd lyrics. They're not directed at anyone except myself, though I really am at a peaceful equilibrium right now. Ready fully to have tomorrow to disconnect and recharge.

Anyway. AHH, August is over!! I get my life back, my normal 9-5, I can get back to my usual sleep schedule, I can turn down the anxiety a notch, and bump the creative juices up for the coupla releases and projects I have tasked myself to do before the end of the year... YES!
