I find a lot of comfort in the simplicity, repetition, and droning style of this track...really happy with this week's result.

Recorded with the M8 and OP-1 Field. I'm getting much more comfortable building stuff with these two devices, in a truly portable and standalone way. Although the op1 has tape recording, I've instead found myself recording live takes into the M8, then adding stuff and arranging tracks from there.

so awesome you've found a pretty solid process with two great, powerful, but portable devices. these sound great and this track definitely has a 'just uncovered a lava cave' vibe to me, with the gutteral groans and kind of plucked metal wire kind of sounds. nice one!
