All things are heard

For various reasons I wasn't really into production this week, the idea was ok but as most will know there is that bit during production, where you think 'was this actually a good idea?', 'where is this going?'. Having done WB for as long as I have I'm pretty used to that, but in the moment it is always an issue. But from that experience, having lived with the pressure to get something in each week, but also the assurance of the relief once done and the ability to move onto the next track I had the ability to push through and just get it done.

Art isn't art until it's done with all its imperfections, alterations and lessons. I spoke to a pretty well known producer, about 20 years ago and asked him how he's been so successful with so many releases. His reply "I finish a lot of stuff. Starting stuff is the fun bit and always really interesting but finishing is equally important. I do that, that's it"

The thing I'm eternally grateful to WB & the WB community for this the ability to finish stuff, week in week out.

That coupled with the confidence to share it, without fear and know each is a step forward.

I like this! Good energy, really well mixed. Nice use of vintage-sounding house sounds. Finishing bad music is better than finishing no music, but finishing good music is even better!

great reminder and lesson about the work and finishing the work. I enjoyed reading, thank you.

I think this track is successful! nicely done

I think the main goal of WB is to finish things, which I have struggled to do on a regular basis.
I dig this track, thanks for pushing through and sharing it!

dig this track!  great bass patch, vocal chops and i like the resonant filter chord patch

Another one finished and a solid one at that
