When the Columns Fall

This is kind of a hack job. This was going to be a 2xLSDJ slow jam, but I just didn't feel much like programming and never really finished writing the track...so there's only one repeating melody and I didn't get around to writing any other melodies.

...

So!  Instead I recorded some rhythm guitar and a bass guitar and then added a super janky-ass solo to the bridge. (octave fuzz and phaser totally make everything sound better!)

I'll definitely revisit this track. I like the hip-hop-ish beat and the big kicks.  My favorite part I think is the really sparse ending.

Um.

Telecaster, Jaguar bass, 1 game boy (channels recorded separately and fx-itized.)

really great stuff.

That is a sexy arp

really dig the punchiness of those kicks.

Hmmmm, this is absolutely lovely~ Especially love the slow panning on the arps and the progression on the bass! Great job!

I'm sick of winter, I wanna blast this on my porch sippin a long island. This is seriously the jam

OOF that bass, so funky. Some really nice moody jams going on in here. LSDJ slow jams are the best slow jams.

i could just listen to the intro on loop for days. 8 bit afternoon!

I really love this one. Telecaster for the win!
