I wanted to capture the feelings of paranoia and fear that seem to define our times. For profit corporations, consumer culture, artificial intelligence, politics pretending to solve our society's ills. There's a lot to fear. But it's best to have hope.

Cool track. There was something in some of the melodic content of this that felt not unlike Boards of Canada or something to me. I think you nailed the unsettling feeling you describe only just lurking behind ostensibly cheery arpeggios.
