The Wings of Burden

By rdomain on December 1, 2024 12:23 pm

Single take performance on the Analog Rytm with the Octatrack on fx.  Oto Boum and Bam on end of chain fx.  No edits and all mixed using the VSX headphone modeller which I bought recently for referencing so I'm somewhat confident the sub bass tones are captured accurately in the mix.  Feedback welcome.

The percussions are really good as they stand against the pads and lower layers. I like that big wave that comes at mid point, and how it engulfed the whole sound. You bring back the percussions with a heartbeat like kick. Hypnotic track, I enjoyed it.

Strong and slow!

Love the push forward feel there. I feel I am walking on the mud but nothing will ever stop me.

Rock ON!

Wow. This goes deep. I need such headphones immediately.

Thanks everyone!  I'll be doing some long overdue catch up listening this week.

What a soundscape.
Def something one should listen to with a decent headset!
