Foggy Haze of Lost Memories

By rdomain on June 23, 2024 4:32 am

I finally upgraded my OP-1 which I've had for many years to the OP-1 Field.  The original OP-1 is great but the OP-1 Field is definitely a solid upgrade.  No regrets.

This song is entirely OP-1 Field sounds with everything played in real time.  No sequencers used except for Ableton Live to loop the recorded performances.  I'm really happy with the quality of sound the new OP-1 Field can produce and the OP-1 has always been an inspiring little machine which I use live regularly also.

This track sounds like something that might have been released on Ad Noiseam back in the day, I really like it.  I wish I had better words to describe what I mean, low beat glitch with keys and noise.  like I said, really dig this

this sounds amazing, really great textures to the sounds and love how the track evolves. lovely tones from the op1f

I get Op-1 craving, when I here that. Awesome.

This rules. Dark jazzy and feels extremely at home in a Silent Hill soundtrack. Favorited.

Thanks everyone!  I do remember the Ad Noiseam label actually.  Will have to revisit.  The OP-1f does sound really good.  Super happy with the upgrade and I haven't played Silent Hill since the early days.  If it's still going, I'm sure it's pretty awesome now!

Catching up to everyone's track currently!
