Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Two field recordings I captured within the space of 30 minutes. A girls jazz vocal ensemble rehearsing before I left work and an interactive sound installation I went to straight afterwards. No processing was involved except for basic eq and compression. A subtle synth part was added underneath the mix to complete the piece.

It's true, going outside helps sometimes, good textures -- amazing what an underlying synth can do to everyday life...
Interesting soundscape and at times kind of creepy. The minimal synth part really pulls it together.
