Comfortable Trepidation

All sounds (minus percussion) were created on the DSI Evolver poly rack which were sequenced via Ableton.

This is another 'Bad Gear' track as the Evolver mono keyboard has also been featured which I also have but it was easier to use the rack version as it was already hooked up and ready to go.

I think the 'Bad Gear' featured are more so the 'people hating on the internet but it's actually really good gear'.

The stereo field on this is fantastic, very immersive, and the percussion really carries it along beautifully. That one occasional hit of pitched percussion... I wanna say it's a tabla, but it sounds like Rings... wee bit addictive. Ear candy of the best kind.

You are getting nice percussion from this hardware. The long pads mixed with the percussions remind me of 80s sci-fi movie soundtracks. Vangelis on the DSI evolver.

Really relaxing. Nice, the Evolver doesnt sound that bad. Stereofield is great indeed.

This is magical stuff, good work

Love the grittiness of those slow sweeping pads.  But even more the delayed arpy melody (technical terms ha!) Really calming track, well done!

I like the slow ambient transition in here. Well done.

Thanks everyone!   smile

Smooth dark ambiance.

I dig the tabla sounds! I like the wandering delayed arps as well. very pensive overall.
