Pretty chuffed with this modular synth piece.  One take and no edits.  \m/

This track feels like a journey through very different terrains. It starts in this glitchy/broken area before opening up around the 3:00 mark, where we open a much quieter sea. It then opens into a mysterious and aetheral universe from 5:30 on. How do you approach such jams? Do you have an idea of where you want to take the listener, before starting? Also, are you a visual person when making these tracks, having images popping into your head? I am curious about the process and how you navigate through the improvisation waters.

high fidelity with extraordinary sounds and deep moods. I did not expect less. mission successful.

I really respect that this is a modular setup, because its so progressive and structured. Very nice style and unique vibe, love the journey.

I do have a very good idea with where I want to take the track usually and that's the case with this one.  Other times it can be where ever it takes me so to speak.
I usually have a mood I want to capture otherwise it's a technique or concept I want to study which is then used creatively.  The visual element comes when I listen to it later and that's where most of my song titles come from so I kind of share the same experience as the listener with regards to the visualising.

This is slight example of how I may execute a live show but I moved through the various movements much faster to create a song instead of a set.  Those different terrains would be explored in depth before moving on during a live show and the movement between each terrain become their own terrains also.  That's where some magic happens too.

Hope this helps!

Thanks so much.  Thanks for the feedback.  Glad you enjoyed!

This one gives me a feeling of transcendence, like leaving behind a world of broken and glitchy technology and soaring off into the clouds and beyond.

Love how everything sounds especially those fast paced percussive parts.  Really alieny/insect-like feel from how it travels left and right.  Def feel the tension parting with the middle section.  Excellent use of reverb gives it such an airy ambience.   Alien eerie outro yikes nice work!
