My first ever Weekly Beats entry! Kinda wish it had been better but that’s what I get for starting later in the week..
Something I’m hoping to improve on is my tendency to have a good start then fumbling towards the end.

Made in Deflemask using the Sega Genesis/Megadrive module.

Love the chipper vibe on this! Keep it up, sailor!

nice tune!

Welcome to WB!

YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
You said you'd do it and you did it!
What a great start! Dancing in my kitchen! Thank you!

ohhh i love the smooth feel on this and the pretty top melody!

Welcome, hope you'll enjoy your stay. I know I will enjoy yours with this smooth piece.

makes me wanna

Thanks for making this very relaxing tune. Makes it easier while I have to work this evening.

(Dialogue transcribed from my partner, overhearing this soothing FM masterpiece from bed:) "This is... a BGM, from... a Zelda game... where you're in a shop... and you have all these rupees, from... smashing pots."  (According to said partner, this is high praise because the shops have some of the best music.

For my part: I liked the relaxed vibe and cool megadrive sound. cool

I like this! It's got a nice steady groove and a fun vibe to it. smile

Arriving to the comments rather late here, but when I heard your track last week it inspired me to work more with FM synth and chords for Week 2. I miss those old school DOS music days.

Pleasantly stumbled upon your music while checking levelcapybara's latest track.  Like most kids from da 80s/90s always had a big affinity for vgm.  Chrono trigger being my fav.  Rediscovering the games through roms recently has led me down the rabbit hole of nostalgia.  So I will def be checking out the podcast soon.  Love the groovin dance vibes to this.  Was about to say it has a samba vibe and then derp I properly used my eyes to read the title lol.  Gotta love those fm vibes.  Go yamaha!
