Demon Seed

By rancidmilkman on January 19, 2014 9:56 pm

Demon Seed (Ov I) for black metal week. This was all done myself, except the drums which were played on the electric kit by my little brother. I hope you enjoy this! This was TONS of fun to make and I definitely want to make some more now.

yay, you finally recorded something. shit, this is brutal. heart

This is fucking awesome! Blasting this at work. Great work on the vocals! Actually everything is really well done.

Little RMM is killing it on drums.  So kvlt

Damn!!! Loving this one. I watched some videos and googled and hit some forums to learn what this genre even was, and now I appear to have an appreciation for the stuff.

KVLT, congrats on a successful week 3 achievement!

I appreciate all the support guys big_smile

This is fcking dirty.

Organs are KEY!
RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAHHH!!!!!!!!

I give it 10/10 church burnings

wow this is a great track, nicely done. the overall volume seems a little quiet compared to other tracks on here, and I'd mix the vocals just a little lower in the mix, but I really like the keyboard sounds and the drumming is spot on! to get the mix louder I'd saturate it a bit and maybe put a little more reverb on it. that said I have found that mixing this kind of stuff is a challenge and not easy to do.

so fucking grim and frostbitten

Beautiful work with the cheesy black metal keyboards.  hehe.  You captured the main elements of bm well.  That riff at the end was killer!  Short but...  Bring forth the metal!!

I just realized I forgot to do any mastering on this! that would explain the low volume. oops.

Amazing! Please, do some more!
