(disclaimer: i don't really understand the old-school formal adverbs of shakespearean language, like 'herewith' and 'henceforth', i hope i'm using them all correctly ...if not, mayest thou puketh therewith most kindly forthwith where minest puketh lies forthwith! tongue )

This is a max patch i made in about 3 hours(with the exception of the 'lonelydreamer' subpatch which is taken from a patch i made for weeklybeats 2022) where i explored distorting drums and other synth textures(i don't feel like explaining how to use it: just find the 'replace' message and that's where you load in a drum loop(or whatever loop you feel like loading, but there are pitches set to a scale, so your loop if pitched might not fit the scale... it is something like this in MidiNote numbers: 40 41 44 45 47 48 51 52, but setup at different octaves, too... a scale i discovered long ago, i forgot from where, in which there's a minor 2nd, a major 3rd, a minor 6th, and a major 7th all in the same scale, with root, 4th, and 5th as usual), then use the volume sliders and the preset box to control the rest).
All distortion in this one is fully intended(no need to turn your volume down after you hear the first 20 seconds or so, the volume overall will remain the same from there onwards/forthwith/henceforth) smile
