SlowDanceFootwerk

By RajaTheResidentAlien on February 20, 2022 6:43 am

I tried 3 different tracks this week, and I wanted this to be part of the weeklyseasons project for spring, so i settled on finishing this track as it felt most like spring(but because i tried other songs and kept skipping around, i lost quite a bit of time this week... so the video is another one quickly made in Jitter).
Beat was made in Renoise...also bust out my plumbutter synth: played some keys, played some guitar, tweaked some knobs, patched some banana and voila! Plumbutter footwork smile Slowwww and romantic-like heart so you can get your footwerk on, while also getting your freak on, ooooo baby! XD

This is awesome- the video is rad, and the guitar goes with it perfectly. Also all the ambient tones work so well with everything!

Wow this is amazing! I love the juxtaposition of the glitchyness and the organic. The video is fantastic too-like Grantz Graf with paint!

Awwww, hellllll yeaaaa boythisshitgoesdamnflippittybamploploploptrrrrrrslipppprprlrlrlrlrlrlrl sssssoooooooonnnnnnn yeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaa. heart

I love the beat, all the glitches and the layers, sounds super interesting from beginning to end

v cool, also hella fast.

This is dope.

Track in the video gives kind of a Squarepusher-vibe. Very nice.

Nice to hear this type of music, I was reminded of Squarepusher also, that underlying half time beat with really fast rhythms in nested inside.  Very cool!

...And Thanks Once Again Everyone For Taking A Listen, So Glad To Be Doing WeeklyBeats This Year big_smile heart

Awesome stuff, so much to grab your attention, great use of the 808 with all these glitchy stabs and panning elements, video is a nice addition

GANTZ GRAF CREW IN THE BUILDING

yo this is so amazing.  love the colors.  reminds me of some JLin's amazing footwork deconstructions.

also Plumbutter is my favorite Pokemon

Nice things happening! Ear candy, brain candy! enjoyed the video! I have not played with jitter much. I use Zwobot in Live, for viz which likely is M4L, so built on Jitter? I should prob know those things.

Grateful you enjoyed it. Ya, pretty sure Zwobot is Jitter(most likely a set arrangement of shaders within Jitter to keep it as efficient as possible... looks like so much fun). Thank You! heart
