Slow tempo and a chill bass line. I wanted melodic material that was sparse, but also seemingly unpredictable - I layered multiple delays with irregular lengths and routed them with different panning levels and a fair amount of reverb. I had a bit more time than last week, so I was able to tweak more of the smaller details.

I think you've met your stated objectives well on this one, and the results are lovely. I like the tempo, it helps things stay sparse like you want.
Perhaps a bit too slow.
Ya, I played around with tempo a bit and ended up here. I think what works for my ear is how the delayed piano has a chance to speak in the mix while the groove moves along.
