Another 4-track taperecorder song. Letting the tape run backward is to be given. I was improvising on guitar and throwing some samples of an organrecord and Rhodes tunes in the mix. A little OP-1 usage for beat and flutesounds. The whole thing sounds like I was chewing on the tape first, but it is a bunch of effectpedals, I was using while recording. The title can be seen as a compliment to the Tascam 234 or the mood of the song.

As other weeks, your tape recordings have this delicious vintage texture, warm and mellow. Reverting the guitars helps there. The guitars on this one sometimes remind me of a sitar, and sometimes sound more like a wind instrument. Very beautiful sounds, like the soundtrack to a dream.

I'm loving the melodies coming from the sorrowful sounding guitar. It sounds sad not only because of what's being played but it also is very low in volume, like a person who doesn't want to speak up. The way everything else layers on top of it, the groove with the reversing samples, and what sounds like bitcrushed feedback, it just has a really cool sound overall.

I love the resolute energy. great pacing. the "wagging" effects in the middle are super cool. faved.

Love those backward sounds. Guitar melody is very nice. Then the added percussive elements gives some other dimension to the track.

This is a cool soundscape.

beautiful

There's nothing like the warm analog sound you can get from a tape recorder and you are utilizing it masterfully.  I'm a big fan of backwards sounds as well, so there's nothing not to like here.

Fun & trippy textures!

Definitely dig that tape vibe and tasteful use of the OP1 beats. A lovely warbly affair. smile

Digging the backward sounding sweeps. Like a slice of life lived in reverse. As the drums enter, it starts to pull forward against the backwards currents.  Very trippy!

such good vibes, love the sound you are getting with your setup!

Kedbreak said it best I think.  This is like a soundtrack to a dream.  The warmth in the guitars swirling around with the deep kick evokes all these visuals of remembering your past and having it flash before your eyes.  Always a meditative experience listening to your music.

Awesome, puts my head in the right trippy space. I hear magic surprises and I get excited for what's next. Love the hi hats. Tapey goodness.

Such wonderful textures. Mesmerizing
