ending story

By Q-Rosh on September 4, 2022 10:45 am

This are the first minutes of a 6 hour jam that I did yesterday. I filled the SD-card of the recorder with 8GB of music. This morning I wasn`t in the right condition to listen through the stuff I recorded. So I took the first track and left it as orginal, as it was. No arrangements had to be done, just had to do a fade out at the right moment.
The title doesn`t refer to the track actually. It reflects more the mood I am in, when I look at the things that are going on at the moment. I would like to say fare well to the good and lighthearted years.

feels.. or rather.. 'reminds' me of magical space travels, space like an ocean, and me, like a tiny insignificant pin drop in the water, so joyous to be steeped in the pure awesomeness of it all heart

If this song, with its reflectiveness and meditativeness, is a farewell song to the good times, I am not afraid of the future.

A very enjoyable listen with lots of interesting layers.  Some lovely bottom end comes and goes with lots of melodic textural play throughout.  Great work especially if there's close to 6 hours worth of other material!

Wow a six hour jam sounds epic!  Awesome spacey vibes.  I would 100% enjoy listening to this in a planetarium with a laser light show.

Listening to this has put me in a very pleasant mood, thank you, such a joy to listen to this with headphones, a cup of coffee and a cloudy day outside.

Hmm, this song is making me woozy.

I'm going out on a limb and assuming you probably weren't in the right condition to listen through 6 hours of stuff because you'd just spent the previous day jamming out 6 hours of stufftongue

sad

It sounds beautiful, at any rate.

Dreamy landscape. These tight deep kicks indeed give me a sea mammal sonar sound vibe, but maybe I was primed by the gif by Raja. smile

Love those deep bassy tones the keys provide throughout.  Totally drifted away to a happy place during this.   That's pretty awesome too you had a 6hour jam yikes  I can't even sleep for 6 hours lol.

Love this comment (but can also relate to the feelings you wrote about).

Excellent bass & percussion on this, very organic, very hypnotic, very pretty sounds.

I salute your six hour jam session. Hope it was as meditative as the results feel: stray thoughts flowing and fading and resulting in calm.
