Let me say, it has been a privilege to hang around with you. A year full of challenges, ups and downs. But the continual work on my music and knowing, that there are a few connoisseurs out there, listining to my efforts, gave me a big immunity. I always loved the hours I spend with your great music in my head. Thank you very much.
This song was recorded on 9. December 2014, after I came home from a nightshift. I remember, because it was my brothers 50th birthday, the day of his birth happend to be the day John coltrane recorded "a love supreme". So I always had a very special relation to this song. I never wanted to let anyone listen to it, but now, that I did a fresh mixing and mastering, I like to share it with you as my final track.
Best wishes to you for the coming future and maybe, we meet again.

Very somber and appropriate at the close of a challenging year. Love the drive and how it builds up.  That pitch bending synth contrasts really well over the heavy guitar layers and I love the tone on the bass. Thanks for sharing this story and all the inspired music this year. Be safe and well! Maybe we'll cross paths again in 2022 or maybe you send me a SciFi inspired track for my comp? smile

Wow.  This is definitely closing out the year in epic fashion.  So many great textures for the ears to grab onto and a wonderful jazzy vibe.  Great production as well.  It was awesome to hang out and listen to another year's worth of your music.

Powerful track. It was a delight to enjoy your music in 2020. I'm looking forward to more in 2022. smile

Sounds great. Nice laid back vibe. Congratulations for this year tracks.

Fantastic, so glad you shared this with us, you have blessed us all year with your guitar and the different ways you use it each week.  I think my favourite thing about your music this past year has been the creativity and variety of the output.  Now that I will have some more free time I’m also excited to finish reading about the record lathe on your website, have a great 2021!

wow, this is really deep.

love the groove, the vibraphone sound and of course JAZZMASTER #jazzmasterarmy

Awesome work dude! Super chill; see you in 2022.

I appreciated your lovely music and comments this year. Thank you so much for sharing the good vibes.

Love the vibe in this one! Really good mix of synth and live sounds See you in 2022!

A lovely song to float out into a new year with. Cool story too.  I want to go to a club where this is playing and have a good conversation. Like how it builds and then just soars on and on. You're a guitar god! Have really appreciated you music this year, and your comments have meant a lot. Thanks! See you for the next round!

Thank you very much. Your music has a unique quality and style, by using well chosen samples to certain genres you perfectly invented. Keep on doing that.

Yes, indeed the jazzmasters are something increadible, as I love the sound since Sonic Youth and Dinosaur Jr. and MBV are on the scene. But also I find inspiration with stratocasters, telecasters, jaguars and Humbucker Jazzguitars and Les Pauls. This helps to have a variety of guitarsounds. Peace out.

Don`t forget the depressing tones I made this year. There were some really shitty times we had to go through.
I hope we can feel better in the future and come together again in 2022 with loads of new ideas.

I used magic!  Nah, actually it wasn't too hard... where I live the new songs posted at either 4 PM or 5PM on Sunday depending on the time of year (if it was daylight savings time or not.)  Sunday evenings are actually a pretty good time for me to spend some time listening to songs so I usually tried to hop on and start listening shortly after they went live.  There were a few weeks where I was busy at that time, but for the most part this year I was home and awake when the new songs popped up each week.

What a mix. I love the clarity of it and it all jives together. That bassline is amazing. Thanks for the comments and partnership in the development process as we look to become better musicians.

This is amazing. Thanks for sharing it with us. The mix is spot on.

Happy 2021.

Really fitting track for you to end the year on.  The mix sounds great.  From the drums with those clean crisp rides to the laid back guitar to the deep chugging bassline.  Really great job mixing all this together.  It's been a fun year listening to your tracks.  I hope to hear more from ya in the future and that you have a happy new year!

Great tune, this really is an appropriate send off for the year. Thanks for participating! I really appreciated your music and your lovely comments this year, it was such a pleasure. Really hope you'll be back for 2022 heart
