all together

Second week with Corona. Lost my taste. Hope the song works nevertheless. I started with a quiet guitartune and OP-1 strings with effects, but then I came up with more equipment, that was not in use for a long time. I had fun to twist the knobs on the drummachine and the synths again. In the end of the process I had 38 tracks to choose from and hours of recorded material.
It was too hard to reduce it to the essence, without missing some of the best moments. The song now is a full mix of the plenty sounds I was recording and hope that some of the listeners have good ears to devide the tracks again. Have a nice week, everybody.

Good luck with dealing with corona. Losing the taste is a sucky part - I had that too back in January, and it took a little while coming back, making meals a less enjoyable experience for sure. I hope you don't feel too bad.

I like this huge experiments. 38 tracks and hours of material sounds like quite a challenge to distillate it into a single track but you did a good job there, it does not sound patched together. It flows organically.

Feel better soon! heart
the hi-hat is the perfect steadiness to this stormy play of tone, grit, noise, and air, all dancing in a way to leave perfect space for each other... so tasteful and meticulous in both structure and orchestration.

Feel better soon!

Nice moody one. Thick synths.

You haven't lost your taste in music tho, get well soon
- Ebrit

Hope you feel a lot better soon.  This is a very warm and immersive sound world you've created here and the various parts blend together very well.  Sounds like it was fun to make, although it also sounds like it took a bit of work.

Really nice! I like this warm blanket of sound where little surprises emerge, working their way to the surface while drums provide an anchor.

Q-Rosh! I hope you feel better soon.
This is epic and well crafted. I love the drums and your wonderful textures
I love the moment around 4:30
Great work!

sending healing vibes your way!

this is so neat - you are so good at wrangling all the pieces
this really feels joyful - the playful fun is infectious - a nice kind of infectious

this is v cool! I like when the filters resonate and you can hear those nice distorted harmonics. It feels chaotic but with a steady beat to keep it grounded. Best wishes with the covid.

Love this track!  It really fitted with what I was listening to just before which were some artists from the Unsound Festival I'm going to this weekend.  Sucks again your covid lingering and the loss of taste.  Eek!  Hope that comes back quick.

Your fave track of mine I'd have to say.  More please. smile

Excellent synth tones especially in that main bassy patch that flares in and out with the filter.  I like how the kick has just enough space to cut thru the wall of synths.  Sending positive vibes your way and I hope you feel better soon.

Whoa... totally bad ass synths and drum machine! Great fat bass synths. Love the filtering. That kick that starts to pick up towards the middle delivers so much drive like a dance track. I like the space trippy quality of the track. Somewhere between Pink Floyd and Radio Head smile Sorry to hear you got Covid.  Hope you're feeling better by the time you read this. Despite feeling under the weather, you managed to pull off a massive track!

Hope you are feeling better now, some beautiful synth tones creating a lush foundation under the gritty bass and drum machine.  Glad you had some fun playing with hardware on this one.

description makes it sound like a scattered practice, but it does come together into one nice atmosphere in the end

So different from what I'm used to hearing from you, but I got totally lost in it. Great stuff. Hope you're feeling better now.

Sorry to hear you have COVID and am relieved to hear you're almost symptom-free.

I like the beat-side of Q-Rosh heart
