Started with finding 3 mellow samples via Freesound. Once I had my samples I created 3 layers of sound. Then felt it needed some spoken word and found a speech from 1942 'Vice President Henry A Wallace talks about U.S. involvement in World War II' (public domain) and grabbed/edited some sections. Wanted the end to just allow the listener to swim away deep into a sea of sound. Peace and cookies!

Good samples, that VP gave an interesting speech really, better than the VP today I'd say. Nice textures underneath, kinda haunting. Peace and cookies ... and cake!!
All the samples work well together. Nice take on alternative methods of composition with found samples. Also a nice reminder of what political leadership looked like in the past. A far cry from the blatant self interest and division of the current administration.
this mixture works fine. peace.
Spoken word section was cool and the ending was definitely nice and relaxing. Good stuff.
