Wow that crazy beat is naaasty (in a good way). I like how it feels like a coffeeine-powered breakbeat, and how you sprinkle slow pads and synth lines on top of it in an impressionist manner.
these sound like real-deal/full-on ratchets to me 
a well-ratcheted skippity beat at many resolutions of ratchet,
and those synths add the perfect compliment at this particular tempo(both the mid-range bassy and the higher synth), great choices all around!
