Wow... massive props to my dude Luke Hawker for his epic guest post last week... He has set the bar ridiculously high; and I feel like he will be a very tough act to follow...
I have a sneaking suspicion that the track he posted last week might sound really really good with a slight liquid drum and bass twist...
Massively inspired for having taken some time away; and have been wanting to start something supplementary to weekly beats process that might take the form of a blog; where I might also put up some stems and samples (who doesn't love a cheeky sample here and there?).
Seriously tho... My dude Luke is a very talented artist; and I am very proud to be having him guest post here; I hope he comes back and does many more. If truth be told; Luke hopped into my life as if by magic at the exact time I needed him most earlier this year - at around the start of covid lockdown and re-booted my creative process right when I (and probably a few other people in this crazy world) was going through a slump...
Anyway; I've admired his craft artist for years now; but just recently: he has made tremendous strides in his music production (he's going through that phase where one must haz all the pluginzz). I've just watched him evolve from advanced intermediate to advanced as a producer in a matter of a few short months and I couldn't be more proud of him.
It would mean the world to me if you would go and listen to his original work here:
