Good News Everyone!!

I think I'm nearly happy with the production!! :-)

Woo!!

So that means I’m almost ready to move on to mixing and mastering.

Thing is; I have to take a 2 - 3 week break because my computer screen has broken and is going in for repair. I have my old computer; but I just don’t think that even on it’s best day it’s going to be able to run this project file.

So I’m kind of looking foreword to getting to some other projects and changing my perspective before coming back to mixing and mastering this one.

There are still some problems I would like some help solving; so if you are reading this and have some ideas; I would really appreciate some input.

1. People aren’t keen on the intro section - should I delete it and just have the breakdown; or is there anything else you can think to do with it? (I am hesitant to cut it; as this was the nucleus of the original idea)
2. Musicians (not producers) who play instruments all think the bass sounds a bit fake… I'm going to have to get someone to record this; or get better audio… Has anyone got a good process for doing this?
3. Could you please list if you can hear sound artefacts, conflicts, or things that just don’t sound right? I’m trying to aggregate a bunch of problems that I can begging fixing before and during mix-down.

Anyway. Thank You to everyone who has given me input and encouragement. Your comments really gave me some motivation to push through when things got tough…
