Weeklybeats is a 52 week long music project in which artists compose and publicly release 1 song a week for the entire year.
Starting January 1st 2024 GMT each participant will have one week to upload one finished composition. Any style of music or selection of instruments are welcomed and encouraged.

Love those Linn Drums. Super funky 80s sound with that Herby Hancock vibe in the beginning but then get's crazier. Man, lots of fun!

hahah yes.. i thought i was rickrolling myself when i laid down those linn toms haha!
i wish i would have mixed the theremin thingy slightly louder. but yeah.. the key change at the ended needed a different lead line.. so there you have it 
Second listen - still freaking awesome! Agreed with the rickroll... I can't quite place what that lead line reminds me of though.
i find that the best melodies are the ones that you cant quite place but they sound natural.
