Oh Jane (I'll Remember You)

By Phil Harmonic on December 23, 2012 2:50 pm

My last remaining rat, Jane,  died yesterday(Saturday) so I wrote her a song. Forgive me if it is not awesome, I was really really pressed for time this time. RIP Jane.

Oh Jane (ill remember you)

Verse 1:
Oh jane
I hope you found your time
to be sufficient
No Pain
Is what i hope you felt
before you left me (girl)

bridge:
you were my little friend
my solitary companion
you made coming home
something I looked forward to

chorus:
your life was short
but ill remember you
x4

Verse 2:

Oh Jane
there wasnt enough time
for me to tell you
I loved you
I Love you
I'll miss you

Oh Babe
I wish there was more time
so I could hold you

bridge 2:
Fade Away
Drift Away
Let yourself
become the earth.

chorus:
your life was short
but ill remember you
x4

Sorry bout your rat... rocking track though.  Like the vocal style. And the spacey synth strings over top the piano.  Really nice.

the spacy strings are actually a cut from the wizard of oz soundtrack smile

This is badass dude! Really dig it.

Damn man, my cat died a few weeks ago and i wanted to write a ode to her aswell. Sorry about your rat bro. This is rather excellent.
