no brain no pain

Hmm, so i had two weeklybeats pretty much ready this week.. i decided to pull this one to a submittable state.. was mostly just testing out the synth1 vst since someone mentioned it.  I spent like 2 minutes mastering this. it's basically the mixdown and an ozone preset slapped lightly on it.. enjoy

(Addendum : here's the one i didnt submit. It has some similarities. I could cheat and use it for another week, but i wont. I might reuse that chorus though, i really like it wink http://www.jackanderson.net/sounds/phil … submit.mp3 )

Awesome arrangement -- has a dark undertone yet quite very optimistic feel to it.

I feel I fix so many things with ozone4 presets sometimes. (dunno how accurate I think I am though)

Very nice combo between the bass and pads! And the crazy rising passage is so cool, AND the slow bit straight after it...dammit, it's all good!

Workout music for chiptuneheadz! I'll do my cardio with this

I really like the progression in this track. Digging on that bridge a lot.

Finally a biologically accurate groove on WB! Classic phil harmonic chord work may I say. That lead synth reminds me of Hello Sinewave by Sinewave. Erm, that's me btw.

did you guys listen to the other track that i listed in the comment?

nice and dance-able! great work on the diversity of chords also. wait, you posted another song in the comment field? maybe don't do that because people here probably have the player of this site running and want to listen to the other stuff first. just post it another time and pretend you just "finalized" it wink

upon listening, I must say that it sounds even better than all your previously submitted stuff

Im not a cheater wink

Nice sounding synth.  The fretless bass kinda thing lovely - the runs are so cute.

Nice. Strong themes, like the variation and elaboration. Nice structure.
