The gated synth here helps to set a really relaxed but still dancy mood, super interesting. But my favorite element here is the higher pitched melodic lead. I could listen to that for hours! I feel like it's also reminding me of another melody, but I can't quite out my finger on it. Anyways, great job.
I was going to ask where those vocal samples were from and then I read the description, hahahahaha... Seems like I wasn't the only one experimenting with the M:02's mic! Hahahaha... Nicely done, great use of the vocals.

Loved the gated synth and the small vocal snippets are perfect. I'm still rocking a model 01 and always though of the mic in model 02 as an extra that I'd maybe use once or twice, but this got me thinking.

Thanks! That lead is a Hydrasynth lead that I sequenced with the M8. I usually just play that kind of part live, but I tried programming it this this and it worked out.

For the vocals, yeah, there must have been a ripple in the force that we both picked up on! I like yours better muthafuckah!

Thank you! Yeah, the mic sat unused for over a month before a gave it a try on this one, but having broken the ice, I'm enjoying having it available. My next song goes all in on the mic though, lol. Thanks for listening and chiming in!
