Hi folks! First track I've produced in a long time so there's lots that can be improved here. Mostly just getting back in the groove and trying out some new instruments. I'm just glad to be writing music again smile Any feedback at all is much appreciated.

Nice maqam / reggae skank combo. Since you asked for feedback,
I allow myself to to suggest that some quarter tone action would spice it up even more

Nice one!

I can imagine that main melody being a clarinet or something, very cool!

super chill. dig it!

Jamming reggae organ chops!

Killer!

Thanks! Yeah the pitch bends in there were a happy accident but did a few automation passes to dial them in. Then re-recorded the guitar to match. Glad you noticed that, I think there could definitely be more quarter tone action.

how'd you do the drums?  really love that beat!  I kinda want the drums louder, but I always do.

LOVE the title

Very cool sound, love this jam.

Love the rapid skittery rolls, a clear atmosphere.

Thanks a bunch! I programmed the beats in Superior Drummer 3. And I agree the levels need work, the track as a whole could be much louder.

Virtual drums and just getting better and better as time goes on.  Never ceases to amaze me.  Good stuff!
