Formants here are from one of the M8's wavetables so I didn't do much other than dial in modulation. If you're curious I could find out which wavetables.

I finally loaded this up to check (sorry for the slow response.) Here I'm using the Macrosyn engine with shape 16 "Vowel." Timbre is 20, Color is C0, there's an envelope on timbre and a drunk lfo on timbre as well. Tweak to taste.
