Just letting you know I came back for seconds, 'cuz this groove's doooope, and the little scratches are amazing (how are those done?)

Thanks alot! I usually feel kind of "meh" when I'm finished with these, so it's nice to hear.

The scratching is done in tables adjusting the pitch, volume, and playback direction. I borrowed the technique from an awesome example by @illo which was posted in the M8 Discord. It's a great reference, as I believe they took the time to emulate actual scratch techniques (i.e. "crab" scratch, etc.).
