I've been connecting to my own spirit lately and this weekend I will embark on a 4 day adventure 4 hours out of the city of Melbourne (where I am based). This adventure will be filled with space to reflect, internalise, process, and connect with humans of a soulful nature. 4 days filled with workshops, no amplified music, and no reception.
Music is a huge part of my life and removing the element of amplified music will perhaps bring me back to grounded roots.
