Soar Angelic

Polyphonic sound plateau and the voice sample by english psychiatrist, Dr. Humphry Osmond, the man who introduced the famous author Aldous Huxley to the psychedelic chemical agent mescaline at Huxley's house in Hollywood, in 1953. In his search for a general terminology for mindaltering substances Huxley came up with the term Phanerothyme:

"To make this mundane world sublime, take half a gram of phanerothyme."

In 1956 Dr. Osmond answered in a letter with his famous quote coining the word psychedelic:

"To fathom hell or soar angelic just take a pinch of psychedelic." (psyche = soul + delos = to manifest)

Note: The sample used in this drone was taken from the 1986 BBC documentary "The Rise and Fall of LSD" where Humphry Osmond recites his own quote, by saying:

"To fall in hell or soar angelic, you'll need a pinch of psychedelic."

great one - and great quote

Nice! Please get back to this one and expand if you get the opportunity. My only complaint is that it's too short. I want to know where the bass will take this.

Thanks for your feedback and inspiering replies.
