Charlie Horse

I was trying to do a kind of orchestral thing but the brass patches mostly sounded awful and I was in way over my head, not knowing how to arrange music like that. Then I was running out of time. I was excited about it at first but it turned out pretty badly. It was originally like a Sufjan Stevens meets Pharoah Sanders thing. I also didn't quantize the beat - it didn't work out here but I'll stick with that next time if it works for the track

I totally disagree about this turning out badly - you should listen to it again in a few days with fresh ears because it sounds great.  My only complaint is that it's not long enough.

Yeah, don't be so hard on yourself, this is really cool. It has a nice tongue in cheek feel about it. It reminds me of the soundtrack for the recent film 'Accidents Happen', which is worth listening to for almost silly orchestral compositions smile

it's awesome!

Yeah I like this a lot as it is. Needs more time, and yeah a little polishing, but keep this base concept cause its good.

i love the non-quantized drums. KEEP IT REAL!
