Plunder

I got sick this week. Wrote the beginning in bed. The rest was a bit of a struggle. I tried laying in some guitar, couldn't get it to sound right. My guitar is a pretty cheap noisy electric I've had for over a decade now. I need to tune my East Beast so I left it out. I ended up just taking some of my M8 FM patches and slightly modifying one of them into the main voices.

I experimented a lot of with some live jamming using the GRIDS mode on the OMX-27. Very fun. Some of what I was doing there I moved into the song for this week.

Maybe next week I'll mix it up and start with some guitar!

This is super dope! Love the vocal slidey synth lines. Really good sound choices on the bass too. The plucky bass feels like it gets into this nice percussive zone. Build at the beginning had me waiting for a big drop, but then we get all cool and groovy instead smile

YO man! really admire the work. Gives me like a groovy 1990s movie sound track vibe! I really like this one!

Really like how the bass evolves in its pattern and the call and response in your melodies smile
