WELCOME TO THE SECOND HALF OF WEEKLY BEATS 2026!

Flipped the beat from last week on the OP-XY; I finally figured out how to slice a sample on it!

This is last week's song that I sampled:

Nice work on the dreamy, layered sound. Great atmosphere.

i listened before the video but i didn't hit submit til it showed up! yikes which is meow!
Oooh yes love when the bass introduces itself to the chopped sample.  Pure ear candy to da brain heart

Great hypnotic loop and great video! I like especially the sped up section with the clouds.

Wow, love the grooves in the drums! As Kedbreak136 mentioned, this track has something hypnotic. It sounds like a lot of fun went into this!

Love the, I'd almost say heavy handed, sampling treatment here! Gives a dreamy swing to the song.

yes. yes. yes. yes.
i used to fix these types of machines, and let me tell you, aint nothing wrong with this one!

So good.
The best kind of flipping: your own work (no pressure to do proud the original artist, no copyright strike).
The loop is only two bar but yet it does not get old. how did you do it?
Great bass, simple (it's on the beat, alright, when I try that is sounds sooo cheesy but you make it work) and effective.
Would sound great as your awesome album's antepenultima track's part 2 and epilogue.
Excellent job, as always.

Title is so good for this track. The drum hats wash with the cross stick works perfect. The added drums are very cool.

Well played!

great track. love everything about it but the drums are something special.

and frank always makes me smile!

Listened to this first, then last week's confirmed for me: this is like one of those brilliant "reprise" tracks that often followed the single on 90s alternative albums lol. I love it. heart

It's rocking but also quite hypnotic.  Great drum work and I love the moments when the eq changes.

Super cool idea, amazing results!

The only thing cooler than an Orange Drink track is an Orange Drink remix of an Orange Drink track. 😎 Thanks for "reminding me" how awesome your Week 26 track was with this equally awesome Week 27 reimagining!

I saw this was a remix of last week, and ran back to hear that first! I’ve missed way too many of your tracks this year smile

Love the “copy machine” motif you used on this remix….really liked that “losing copy quality” section in the video, that was pretty brilliant. Agree with Neon, this totally has a 90s album “reprise” feel to it. Awesome smile

I hecka relate to the cloud shot.

ayo pass me the orange drink!

This was awesome. I agree with djippy the title couldn't be better

Lovely floaty and dreamy vibe. Love the grain its got. Awesome way to recycle one's content, I should try to do that, sounds like a fun exercise. You did a good job at changing things enough for it to have its own personality, comparing to last week's track, it's not immediately clear to me that it was ''repurposed'' so awesome job at that!

Oh yeah this is great, I think I like more than the part 1. Great flip, remix.
