A very collage-style piece...that I'm not sure what this is. There's some dub, some not dub, some 4/4, some 3/4...some minor, some major, kind of teetering between feeling like spring and dread. Sort of like life now.
I started with a syncopated beat, kind of like a shuffle, but not quite enough triplets going on. Gradually I built this up with some Ableton grand piano, some melodica (via Simpler), some guitar (PureSalem Mendiola through Vox Wah), and finally bass (the usual Epi P-J, direct, with lots of low-end rolloff with EQ-8).
Sends: three different returns with Echo plugins, one with two ambient ones cascaded. One of Auto-Filter (high-pass) into convolution reverb. Full-chain master on the mix down.
Title comes from the reverse-is-a-prime-too quality of the number 13.

groovy! sounds nice!
The melodica is a nice touch.
Definitely picking up the dub vibe. But also a wide pan dimension of guitars and a brassy sound back in the mix that is very jazzy. Nice piano work as well.
great adventure music - it's cold & rainy here - i'm imagining a dessert drive at sunset in a convertible with the sun on my face
