Week 3OH3

By ONE HIT KILL on August 16, 2024 11:01 am

You know the drill if you've tuned in previously. Nanoloop 2 x lsdj. I love 303's and samplers but I'm a stubborn gameboy musician who tries to ape it in chiptune form any way i can.

Accompanying piece to last weeks effort. Will end up on the same release.

Late 90s edgy ness 2097 matrix anti gravity spy breaky shit, ya feel?

I'm in Japan now and kind of tempted to pick up a used Game Boy to see what an old style LSDJ is like. But since I'm struggling enough with M8, I think I'd be complaining.

Especially that your pieces make excellent use of the device, this particular one does indeed sound like it could be on the 2097 soundtrack. A bit The Prodigy, a bit FSOL, good stuff!

If you have a M8 there is no need really; all LSDJ functionality is available to you with that device. Its nanoloop2 that is doing all the cool stuff.

Thanks so much for listening and your kind words.

Man, this is a great continuation of last week…more gritty early ‘Naughties goodness. I seriously want these in a game.

really cool acid feel in here.
