Listening to all your work in a row is pretty inspiring -- like a masterclass where every idea is great.

your words always mean a lot to me. my writing process each week doesn't exactly feel like a masterclass--it feels more like desperation to me, bringing a potentially ill-conceived idea to a decent benchmark. but encouragement from you and others feeds the faith i have in being able to create worthwhile work.
i need to go through and listen to the recent catalogs of you and some of my other favorite weeklybeaters. a mixture of procrastination and decision paralysis has kept me from setting the time aside to do so, but i will make it a point to get to it this week

Not a tit-for-tat, I didn't just have a blast bumping offbrand for a comment. At some point listening to your stuff I had this thought that maybe I'm doing music wrong, like there's a world of stuff I need to explore way more than I've been doing and WB burnout, dunno, it's weird. If this is your version of playing it safe ... well, damn, I'd hate to hear you taking it easy, then.
