died in a plane crash

By oceans universum amazonas on August 12, 2012 1:27 pm

Wrote this many, many, many, many, many years ago with a friend of mine Shivaun, who I've long since lost contact with. (Hope you don't mind old friend, where ever you may be!)

It was more of a country song before, now we've reworked it as a gospel hymn. Sorry about the timing - like the lyrics the timing might be a bit off for some listeners smile Please note: the lyrics are not meant to be offensive, hope no takes them the wrong way. We wrote it as an ode to all those musicians who've died in plane crashes - John Denver in particular.

Lyrics:
Died in a plane crash, stitches down my back
Have my mother sign, a release form for heaven
These ain't my shoes and this ain't my shirt
These ain't my shoes and this sure ain't my shirt

I really like this but I would melt completely for more of the vox fx at the end smile
