Odd new pedal week!!! Got a new whacky one, so wanted to do a stoner/acid rock kind of thing, but because it was so squelchy I decided against 2 rhythm tacks of it, and instead used my Engl to get a tight modern right/left setup, then had the Atreides as the lead instrument centre. So more like an stoner player joined a metal band for a jam lol

Like a lot of octave/gated/fucked up fuzzes it tracks better on notes above the 7th fret, so melodies I tracked a couple of wider panned lines. And impressively for most fuzzes it tracked really good on a fast smooth shred melody. Nice!!

This is kinda epic, but where's the bass? I know it's there, but it's... lost in the desert?

Glad to see you still at it.  Atreides sounding good.

Halfway through when the Stoner vibes come out is sick. Wish you had ran the bass through the Atreides too during that part

That would have been sick, but often the good ideas depart me in my rush lol

I was thinking "yeah, this is kinda cool", then 3:20 happened.. Hell yeah!

Paul!  You're supposed to walk without rhythm

Oh god here come those damned worms, ready to jam.

Sweet raspy heavenly-tone amazeballz! (<-these are the first words that came to mind) big_smile
