Cultural Appropriation

Tried a Nile Soundalike this week, so trying to get the lurching, chugging Egyptian-esque feel with some grinding flat out blast action.

Leads were a real pain this week, I chose to go over a key shifting and harmonised section jumping between a plain minor, then jumping to fifth up, every 2nd time becomes a mode of that, and then sometimes throwing in a harmonic minor of the original key, but rooted in the fifth. So there's a few bum notes. Just too many jazz key changes for my poor metal brain to keep up with lol.

Also new pedal day! The Empress Heavy is balls out. Its like the most expensive sounding refined metal zone, with a quite interesting 'weight' control that works to sort of compress the low end, but it seems to be interactive with the low knob in a very cool way.
