A Dishonest Man

Congratulations to all who have made it to track #40!

Got over my cold and feeling pretty good.  Working off my laptop in Logic with my old Arturia BeatStep Pro I sold three weeks ago... but the guy brought it back because it was not "working properly". Funny how you have no interest in an item until you sell it, and then as soon as it's gone you want to use it.  That was the feeling I had when the buyer brought it back and have been using it every week since!

In celebration of our latest supreme court nomination process, I present "A Dishonest Man" for week 40.  Hope all are well... see you in the comments!

Yes, in Bizarro World all is well. Nice job on this, BTW: Faved and saved!

I can see why you've been enjoying using that.  It sounds awesome.  A very appropriate title as well.

Not working properly? That guy is a fool, listen to this track!

Looks like it is working just perfectly for you!  Nice track, sounds pretty awesome.

Like the old adage goes - If you love your synth, sell it.  If it is returned because it is not working properly, it was meant to be.

...wait

Ha, I know that feeling. we don't know what we got til its gone indeed. But if it comes back, we love it. Maybe I'll hide my gear, create scavenger hunt clues and give those to random people, instructing them to return to me in the future, then find gear, love it and make good tunes. Anyway, cool song. A  very dishonest man indeed, bizaro world is right as Jim said.

Oh how I want back all my 'sold it when I was poor' equipment... This is some kickin shit... in a great way! Boom!

super fat, and an awesome story behind it.  nice work

This is absolutely fantasic piece of heavy synth pop. Serioulsy catchy and has tremendous drive. A favourite... has some very cool Numanish vibe too.

i'm gonna dance anyway... thank you
